The POLYDENS Solutions Loop
1. Problem
The customer reports a problem with their production facility (or construction machine, etc.). At critical points, there is a significant leakage behaviour (due to failed seals) or malfunction (due to failed plastic or metal components) evident. As a result, the facility is at risk of coming to a complete standstill.
2. Analysis
POLYDENS analyses the current status with its competent team and presents a solution proposal including an offer and a short delivery time.
3. Construction
In our in-house design office in Slovenia, a Finite Element Method (FEM) calculation is carried out and presented to the customer.
4. Materials
The two production plants (one for seals and plastics, one for metal processing) in Slovenia produce a suitable material (semi-finished products/raw materials) in-house according to their own formulation.
5. Production
In the next step, the necessary components are manufactured in the express process using the in-house materials at the two main production plants in Slovenia or with one of our international production partners. POLYDENS delivers the finished products in an expedited manner, and if necessary, even personally when time is of the essence!
6. Solution
The customer installs the new components into their equipment/machines, allowing them to quickly resume production or fully utilize external machines without prolonged downtime.
